Rates & Availability

  •  1 to 2 guests:  $170 daily.
  • 4 night minimum.
  • Discount for stays longer than 10 days.
  • Discount for active and retired Military
  • Additional guest: $20/maximum two
  • Up to 2 years of age = no charge
  • General excise & transient tax = 13.416%.
  • Cleaning fee: $125
  • $200 deposit required within 10 days of booking to confirm reservation.
ALL SEASON: 365 DAYS, SAME RATE.

  • Rent in full due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
  • Money order, Personal check & Wire funds accepted
  • Deposit refunded 14 days after departure less cleaning fees, damage/replacement costs.

Cancellation requires a 30 day notice.
If less than 30 days, your deposit becomes non-refundable

Smoking welcome on lanai.
